Meditation is something I’ve dipped my toes into but now I want to dive deep and bring it into my daily routine. Choosing meditation as my free inquiry topic is the perfect opportunity to explore and learn more about meditation as well as ensuring that I follow through on my intentions.

Entering this semester after the whirlwind of last fall, followed by the stress of the holidays, and a pandemic that has persisted for 2 years, I feel fatigued, decentered and strung out (not to mention that mercury is in retrograde). I hope that bringing meditation into my every day routine will help me restore balance and find focus as this year progresses.

As I delve into this topic and my meditation practice, I imagine it will change and shift as I discover what works best for me. However, I will begin with the intention of meditating a little bit everyday and posting weekly reflections on my experience. I also plan on posting resources for meditation that I find useful, reflections on books and articles I’ve read about meditation, and maybe even my own guided meditation as I become more comfortable with techniques.
